This investigation analyzes the effects of the unification of

international the legal norms in Latin America in the national

identity of the nations that integrate it, taking care of the processes
of political, economic, social and cultural integration that
have been created.

The descriptive investigation is of type, and it was used

the technique of the documentary observation and the legal

hermeneutic.

Which concludes that the unification of international the

legal norms in Latin America does not affect of direct way the

national identity of its towns, yes is affected by mass media and

the international trade.
