Teleworking with work life quality and productivity. An approach to a model in an energy sector company

Abstract

This article presents the results of a research that led to setting up a

teleworking model for a company that develops engineering projects. This

model considers elements that are important to both the quality of life of

workers and the productivity of the company. Similarly, the document outlines

the scope and limitations in the application of teleworking as an organizational

practice.
