The various consequences of COVID-19 have transcended the health and social aspects to the economic ones. Poverty has been one of the most interesting aspects of study by multidisciplinary areas that seek to identify the causes to counteract its consequences. The objective of this work is to analyze the incidence of COVID-19 in poverty in Latin American countries. The identification of factors and dominant topics is implemented as an articulation technique. The results suggest the existence of 7 topics that highlight vulnerability, city, poverty, health and disease as terms of incidence
