Bienestar subjetivo y políticas públicas de los gobiernos locales

Recientemente ha tomado fuerza la idea de adoptar medidas debienestar subjetivo para propósitos de política pública. En esteestudio se muestran los resultados de dos mediciones diferentes enel Área Metropolitana de Barranquilla (Colombia). Se estudia laasociación del bienestar subjetivo con las características personales,del hogar y del entorno. Se discute el concepto de bienestar, surelación con el concepto de felicidad, y a partir de los elementosnormativos que los caracterizan se discute la pertinencia de estasmedidas para el diseño de políticas públicas de los gobiernos locales.Se hace énfasis en la importancia de hacer explícito el criteriode bienestar usado y sus características normativas.

4. The AUTHOR states that the article is original and his/her/their exclusive creation, there being no impediment of any kind for the authorization he/she/they is/are giving, responding thereto by any action: claim, plagiarism or any other type of complaint that might arise about.
5. That such authorization is granted for free.
6. The moral rights of the author on the article correspond exclusively to the AUTHOR, in virtue of which, the Universidad del Norte agrees to expressly and rigorously recognize and respect them.
