Una reformulación de la ley de Okun para Colombia

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es examinar el comportamiento del desempleo en relación con el ciclo económico y los precios del capital y el trabajo. También se plantea un modelo teórico en el que se incluyen como determinantes del desempleo las variables mencionadas: el efecto del ciclo es negativo y el de los precios positivo. La hipótesis se contrasta utilizando información anual de las siete principales áreas metropolitanas de Colombia para el período 1983-2018. Los análisis econométricos no rechazan la hipótesis.

4. The AUTHOR states that the article is original and his/her/their exclusive creation, there being no impediment of any kind for the authorization he/she/they is/are giving, responding thereto by any action: claim, plagiarism or any other type of complaint that might arise about.
5. That such authorization is granted for free.
6. The moral rights of the author on the article correspond exclusively to the AUTHOR, in virtue of which, the Universidad del Norte agrees to expressly and rigorously recognize and respect them.
