Impacto do programa Tekoporã na pobreza monetária departamental de famílias paraguaias no período 2018-2019

Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto do Programa Tekoporã na pobreza monetária departamental das famílias paraguaias no período 2018-2019. Para tanto, foram estimados dois métodos de avaliação quase-experimental: Propensity Score Matching e Differences in Differences. O principal resultado foi a importância de receber benefícios do Programa como forma de reduzir a pobreza extrema. No entanto, é necessário estabelecer novas condicionalidades em relação ao trabalho adulto, bem como à promoção produtiva das famílias, como forma de aumentar a eficácia do Tekoporã.
