Retos del turismo médico y de salud: una revisión de literatura del 2009 al 2020

La revisión de literatura de turismo médico y de salud se realiza para identificar los retos que esta temática tiene para investigadores, académicos, entidades privadas y el gobierno; la información recopilada y analizada corresponde a investigaciones publicadas desde septiembre de 2009 hasta septiembre de 2020, en la base de datos ScienceDirect y por bola de nieve, que permite identificar los aspectos que contribuyen a mejorar la satisfacción del turista médico y a fortalecer un destino turístico, así como también, se resalta la creación de redes de interesados, y la adopción de políticas para potencializar no solamente el sector sino impactar positivamente en el sistema de salud.
