Actitudes de decisión de emprendimiento de las mujeres de la provincia de Tungurahua (Ecuador)

Os desafios que as mulheres passaram no campo do empreendedorismo foram identificados como status sociocultural, acesso à informação e redes de negócios e obtenção de financiamento. Essas barreiras limitaram a intenção de empreender. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar as atitudes de decisão empreendedora de mulheres na província de Tungurahua através de uma análise fatorial para determinar os fatores que afetam sua intenção empreendedora. A metodologia aplicada foi uma abordagem quantitativo-correlacional que envolveu a interação das variáveis ??identificação de oportunidades, persistência, planejamento, sociabilidade, liderança e intenção empreendedora. Um questionário de 28 itens foi elaborado para 110 mulheres empreendedoras na província de Tungurahua. Os resultados revelaram que a decisão empreendedora das mulheres na província de Tungurahua teve uma relação direta com a identificação de oportunidades, persistência, planejamento, sociabilidade e liderança. No entanto, uma de suas deficiências na escolha da rota empreendedora é o planejamento, pois concluiu-se que o grupo de estudo carece de hábitos estruturados de planejamento e controle.
