Disrupção digital e criação de valor em lojas virtuais da cidade de Guayaquil

O impacto que a era digital tem tido nos últimos anos impulsionou um progresso significativo nas organizações, permitindo-lhes superar obstáculos e alcançar o sucesso. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar como a disrupção digital impacta a geração de valor nas lojas virtuais da cidade de Guayaquil, Equador. Esta pesquisa adota uma abordagem correlacional e utiliza métodos quantitativos. Os resultados revelam um coeficiente de correlação de Pearson de 0,979, com valor p de 0,001, inferior ao nível de significância de 0,05. Isso indica que a disrupção digital impacta a criação de valor nas lojas virtuais. Nesse sentido, enfrentar os desafios associados à disrupção digital, inclusive aqueles já existentes, proporcionará um desempenho superior ao aproveitar ao máximo as novas tecnologias.
