Abstract

AbstractLogistic is the means set and methods necessary to carry out the organization of a company. Many electronic tools and thousands of strategies are implemented with an only aim: to obtain excellent logistics in any organization. In this article, the results of an exploratory study of the management of the own chain of supplying of manufacturing companies are shown and specially the supply chain of oils and greases, as an induction of more rigorous investigation of a company that extracts its raw material from the natural resources, which does it without affecting it and holding always a competitive position. In the following paper, different logistic concepts are applied and the implementation of diverse tools oriented, for example, to increase the competitiveness in companies that entail to us to obtain the goals proposed when handling and to maintain a company of this nature.
