The equitable distribution of resources in a network is a complex process, considering that not all nodes have the same needs. The article proposesthe use of an algorithm called MmQoS, supported by the cooperativegame theory, which is derived from the Max-Min Fairness algorithm(MMF), in order to improve the performance of a network PLC (PowerLine Communication), under the HomePlug AV standard (HPAV), in ascenario multiservice. In addition, the algorithm MmQoS offers a lowcomputational complexity for its implementation in embedded systemsof low cost, and through which is sought to carry out an equitable distributionof resources, providing adequate levels of QoS in each node thatis part of the network, in accordance with the conditions of the canal andthe class of traffic generated from each source. At the end of the articlepresents a practical scenario in which evaluates the proposal, throwingquite favorable results during the optimization process.Published
