We can not talk about ehanges and tranformations inside oforganízed systems without diuiding power relations inherent to the organizational phenomenon. ls power which structures action eontexts and generates ways of thinking and behavior in individuals and groups in the social reproduction of everyday games and the inclosure of the performers in the interaction vicious circle. These ways of behaviour and ways of thinking allow the explanation of traditional resistance to change. Through the eolleetive seareh of solutions to problems situations, reeognized as important by the social performers in confrontation places, where is aprivilege the learningofinterest logie, whiehexplains the speeches and the training of the implieit performers, it is also pretended to assoeiate force and nature over others point of view. This point of view is neither more nor less authentic and pertinent tluln any other. It is accepted that the other is a learning resource. This paper main purpose is to make a deep inventory ofthemethodologic and theoric questions that generate ehanges in organized systems, and fa offer orientations thaf permits a glimpse in metlwlogical inferoention, where someone else is the enter of participation, and fo produce ways to relate, to hear, to comprehend, to negotiate and argue.Published
