Las empresas sociales en Colombia: Superávit de las necesidades y déficit de gerencia

This paper outlines the problem of management deficiency founded in social companies in the state of Colombia. Therefore, this paper suggest an expansion through modero technologies, oriented to satisiy citizens, clients and also the overcoming of organizational constraints. Is recornmended that the social policy mustnot be centered in the amountof rescurces, butin its destination, oportunity and impact and also suggest the control and evaluation of social measurements as indispensable. On the other hand, the authors let know the compromise of the goverment in the social transformation and arguments and the need to create social managers with the commitment to accept changes and modernization of the companies.
