El conflicto interpersonal como oportunidad para el aprendizaje
Keywords:
Teacher training, conflict transformation, rule of conduct, living togetherAbstract
Starting from the results of a pilot study carried out to practitioner high school teachers (men and women students of a course of teacher basic training), it was evident the need of these professionals to be trained on questions closely related to group management and conflict transformation. It is also considered the management of interpersonal conflicts in classroom as a privileged opportunity for learning concepts, procedures and values such as tolerance, respect, participation, responsibility, and so on which are fundamental to educate future adults capable of making decisions, choosing, participating, establishing relationships, resolving differences, and living together in a world in which is increasingly necessary to respond to the challenges of multiculturalism and mestizaje.
