Qualidade do serviço de saúde: um histórico da satisfação do paciente no Riohospital na cidade de Riobamba

A qualidade do serviço na área da saúde é essencial, pois inclui não só a satisfação do paciente, mas também a melhoria da qualidade de vida a longo prazo. Atualmente, a qualidade do serviço de saúde é fator preponderante no âmbito social, pois é percebida pelos usuários e denota as carências dentro das instituições hospitalares que se manifestam, por meio de reclamações, limitação orçamentária na área da saúde, falta de medidas protetivas equipamentos para o pessoal, escassez de medicamentos e instabilidade no emprego. Metodologicamente, propõe-se analisar as fontes relacionadas à qualidade do serviço do Riohospitalário localizado na cidade de Riobamba, para estabelecer a prevalência de satisfação do paciente e fortalecer as relações entre médicos e usuários. O software SPSS foi utilizado para a aplicação da análise fatorial exploratória e teste de hipótese Rho de Spearman. Como resultado, por meio do teste de hipótese, deu uma correlação positiva moderada entre diferentes variáveis, mas considerando os processos de alta hospitalar, onde apresentou um valor de 0,39, o que significa uma correlação positiva baixa. No entanto, a percepção do serviço Riohospital influencia positivamente segundo os usuários, assim como a relação nas cinco dimensões do modelo PubHosQual na admissão de pacientes, atendimento médico, atendimento global, alta e responsabilidade social com valores positivos . consistência de 0,70 a 0,90 em relação à satisfação dos pacientes e usuários.
