Abstract

The frame problem questions how cognitive processes determine which information, from all available, is relevant given a particular task. Although we postulate a possible definition, specify what this problem deal is a complicated task (definitional difficulty). One way to get clarity on this question is to explore different interpretations of the frame problem, logical and philosophical interpretation, and then elucidate the difficulty in common. As a result of our analysis, we conclude that, either the interpretation of the frame problem you have in mind, the underlying difficulty is the same: examine vast amount of information. The difficulty of the vastness of information, as a bridge between the two interpretations, would not only understand more clearly what the frame problem is but also solving it (resolute difficulty).
