The lacustrine population of «<Nueva Venecia» also denominated El Morro, situated in the Pajarales marsh of the great marsh of Santa Marta, characterized to generate its fishing production support and the activities detached from it. As groundwork, the social relations caused in between the settlers are strengthen not only by means of bonds that are formed in the productive activity (production and comercialization of the fish) but by bonds of familiarity and compaternity, indorse for its tradition and historicity, which makes in this human group, a prevail of solidarity, collaboration and mutual help, with a big sense of ownership and permanence on it. By this was achieved the identification of the perpectives of the social contructions that offers the women job of El Morro in the contribution of sustainable social development of the region, taking into account its participation in social processes, the interpersonal relations, in the famiy and community in general.
