Abstract

This paper aim is to bring up to date the different views of what is known today as "Development" and to give some proposals which can shed light on the processes of decision making and intervening in education and/or formation, related to the problematic of development. To achieve this goal, we ask ourselves based upon two fundamental milestone of our point of view: formation - devel opment dialectic. and the citizenship understood as the possible reconciliation space between formation and development.
