Public entrepreneurship policies and enterprises resulting from university research in the department of Meta (2006-2018)

Abstract

In analyzing the impact of public entrepreneurship policies (PPE) on Companies University Research Result (ERIU) in the Meta department for the period 2006-2018 it was observed through research tools (surveys, interviews, database consultation, simple linear regressions) that, PPE have failures in their territorialization, there is proportionality and relationship between these policies and the ERIU, even if it does not really depend on the creation of a company significantly on these governance policies, on the other hand, higher education institutions do not promote ERIU, finally, university ventures are essentially developed to meet a degree requirement in order to acquire some academic degree.
