Recurring modifications and changes in organizations: Case of social security (ISS)
Abstract
This article arises from research carried out in 2010, where taken as reference the case of ISS for the social security sector, we applied an instrument comprising four variables (structure, culture, processes and change) in order to assess whether prior to these organizational redesign are reviewed by managers or employees they were in charge. Was denoted that while some variables are prized by the organizations, the depth is varied in the company, according to previous experience.Downloads
