LEADERSHIP AS A COMPONENT OF THE DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES OF ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The dynamic capacities allow us to understand the key role of the strategic management of organizations to reconfigure their skills, resources and competencies based on a changing environment. They are considered as a multidimensional construct that is expressed through various elements. In this sense, this descriptive essay aims to link leadership as one of its main components. The analysis was carried out from various scientific articles on the subject in order to present the perspective of the consulted authors. The findings allow us to affirm that leadership is a skill that companies require to coordinate, combine and transform resources in order to achieve competitive advantages. These elements reinforce the idea that dynamic capabilities require the creativity, entrepreneurial attitude and leadership of company managers.
