Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine Top Management Teams (TMT) from the perspective of cultural diversity in the light of innovation. To this end, a bibliometric research was carried out using the Web of Science (Wos) online scientific information service as the main basis. A total of 467 bibliographic records were analyzed over the last 20 years, finding an increase in the scientific production of the subject as a whole. The most important findings indicate that cultural diversity could be a new perspective from which to observe the TMT, giving rise to a new branch that allows to elucidate how the shared aspects of managers in increasingly deeper elements could be interrelated with innovation within the organization, thus generating discussions and conclusions.
