el vínculo entre desarrollo regional y acción colectiva a través del análisis del Capital social generado en el departamento
del cauca, después de la década del 90. De allí que el trabajo se ocupe de discutir en primera instancia, los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos derivados de las teorías neoinstitucionalistas; enseguida su aplicación in situ, relacionándola
con el grado de dependencia de la historia y las movilizaciones sociales del periodo, luego las mediciones de su acervo, para después analizar los efectos sobre la confianza y la acción cooperativa dada la
promoción institucional del individualismo y la eficiencia tecnoproductiva. Finalmente se concluye, haciendo distinciones entre lo que representa la movilización colectiva frente al capital social extenso como baremos de la cohesión social y el desenvolvimiento futuro de la comarca
Abstract
This paper seeks to trace the link between regional development and collective action through the analysis of social capital generated in the department of Cauca, after the 90s. Hence, the work address to discuss at first instance, the theoretical and methodological derived from neo-institutionalist theory, once its application in situ, related to the degree of dependence on the history and social movements of the period, then measurements its body, then analyze the effects on trust and cooperative action given the institutional promotion of individualism and efficiency technoproductive. Finally it was concluded, making distinctions between what represents the collective mobilization against the extensive social capital as scales of social cohesion and the future development of the region.
