Abstract

Companies couldn’t be socially responsible if their actions are not

reflected first of all on their employees and families, providing the

best work conditions and an effective gain - gain relationship.

For that reason, it is the interest of this article to analyze, the

application of the social responsibility, in the human resources management

practices such as: hiring, training and development, compensation

and benefits, occupational health and labor & social welfare, which one

hundred nineteen companies from different sizes and sectors have been

developing with the employees.

The final results determine that, even though there has been advance

and many Pymes have assumed their Social Responsibility on the internal

dimension, it is still necessary more sensitization, good practices

diffusion and improving some Human Talent Management processes in

this type of organizations.
