Implementación de Intervenciones Basadas en PBS
Resumen
Pocos estudios evalúan las tendencias, calidad y logros de intervenciones basadas en Apoyo Conductual Positivo (IB-PBS) en beneficio de diferentes entornos de aplicación y poblaciones. En coherencia, este estudio siguió los lineamientos metodológicos de la Declaración PRISMA para ofrecer una perspectiva general del efecto de IB-PBS. Se seleccionaron 33 artículos de investigación experimental y cuasiexperimental de un total de 294 documentos publicados en inglés en EBSCOhost, ScienceDirect, PubMed y Jstor, desde el año 2015 hasta julio de 2020. Estos aprobaron una lista de verificación de evaluación de artículos cuantitativos diseñada para este trabajo. Los artículos fueron organizados mediante análisis descriptivo de frecuencias. Se identificó una tendencia de investigación predominante en Estados Unidos, el empleo frecuente de diseños de caso único y ensayos controlados aleatorizados, y uso de observación y aplicación de instrumentos estandarizados. Los hallazgos sugieren que las intervenciones implementadas con integridad en entornos escolares, familiares y de cuidado social, tienen efectos favorables en el comportamiento y variables relacionadas con salud mental, bienestar y calidad de vida de las poblaciones estudiadas; con resultados favorables de validez social. Algunos estudios refieren limitaciones de validez externa e interna que son importantes retos para la investigación futura.
