Abstract

This article presents social participatory research that was designed by the National Observatory on Infancy, Family and the Handicapped for the National Committee for the Protection of Disabled Minors. The Fe Foundation and a group of parents and families tied to the Foundation. It contributes to the development of a social consciousness toward a critical analysis of the reality of disabled infants and youth and their families. Placing a special focus on rights. Systemic perspective and social constructionism. It develops formative and research processes in a context of conversational and observed systems. In addition, it defines the work of the Observatory, its organization and the basis for an information system.
