Aprendizagem no Trabalho: pesquisa nas organizações públicas e privadas brasileiras
Abstract
O objetivo é comparar as pesquisas empíricas realizadas em organizações públicas e privadas brasileiras sobre o tema aprendizagem no trabalho, publicadas nos últimos 20 anos em 18periódicos científicos de administração e psicologia. Dentre 95 artigos selecionados, 34 ex-clusivamente relatam pesquisas realizadas no setor público e 39 no privado. Há ainda outros22 artigos que relatam pesquisas realizadas em ambos setores ou em empresas de capitalmisto. Daquelas pesquisas no setor público, 32% focaram a aprendizagem informal, enquanto que no setor privado são 61%. Outras diferenças emergiram, relativas a temas e métodos de investigação. Há lacunas na literatura científica nacional referentes ao desenvolvimento metodológico da pesquisa sobre aprendizagem informal e a estudos que incluam níveis meso e macro de aprendizagem. Tais avanços contribuiriam para a construção de modelos de organizações e equipes de trabalho que favoreçam os processos formais e informais de aquisição, retenção e transferência.
