Abstract

This article shows an analysis of the three management strategies or models which at present have a historical and contextual meaning in the organization environment. These three strategies or models are: human talent management, knowledge management and competence management. The latter is emphasized.

This article aims at pointing out that these management models are clearly related and integrated each other, and that they should be studied as a whole. It also aims at highlighting the problems their implementation has and the importance for these difficulties to be dealt with in a rigorous, systematic and scientific way. As a consequence, it tries to carry out an analysis of the different levels and variables constituting these models.
