Resilience in families displaced by violence sociopolitical located in Sincelejo
Abstract
The goal of this study was determining the protective factors that helped the families to face the adverse situation of moving out their hometown to the City of Sincelejo.The study is based on the perspective of resilience, term used by Borys Cirulnik to indicate that people more than being vulnerable are more resistant and have capacities to get ahead ;among those, he points out, communicative skills ,for requesting help, for solving problems, for being autonomous , for projecting themselves toward the future., for having sense of humor, for being affectionate, with faith and spiritualy. Such characteristics were deeply found on the families that were object of study those who were possible contacting by the support of communitarian and institutional nets . This was a qualitative research. Life histories .were the tool that made it possible that these families could become aware of their own abilities and could understand and interpret the meaning of this human phenomenon in a different way, with a positive and optimistic connotation and discovered other new way of facing the situation up, opposed to the theories that pathologize and victimize the subject exposed to painful experiences. This new view proposes the bases so that the social policies of intervention being designed since the protective factors with the active participation of the communities as main subjects of their own changes.
