El Seif : Sistema de Evaluación del Impacto de la Formación

La Evaluación de la Formación llevada a cabo en una organización es fundamental para conocer su eficacia y su eficiencia; sin embargo, en la mayoría de las ocasiones sólo se evalúan aspectos parciales.
En este artículo presentamos el Sistema de Evaluación del Impacto de la Formación (Seif), diseñado en el Departamento de Psicología Diferencial y Psicología del Trabajo de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, el cual ya ha sido aplicado con éxito en varias ocasiones.
El Seif permite evaluar tanto la eficacia como la eficiencia de la Formación en empresas de diversos tamaños y sectores. Por sus características, su flexibilidad y adaptabilidad, es un instrumento extremadamente útil para los responsables de gestionar la Formación en la empresa.

In consideration of this provision, the Assignee is authorized to copy, reprint, distribute, publish, and commercialize the submitted article through electronic, digital, of paper means. However, the Assignee is obligated to comply with the moral rights of the author, as established in the Act 23 of 1982, art. 30.
