PERSPECTIVE OF PSYCHOLOGY IN THE 21st CENTURY

Abstract

Taking into account our present society conditions, it is necessary to rethink the role of Social Sciences and, particularly that of Psychology, because in it we can find the answer to the different conflicts affecting the human being. In this article, some conceptual considerations regarding the different future scenarios of our society are presented. Besides, the roles of psychologists in each one of theses scenarios are highlighted. Key words: Society, globalization, Psychology, Social Sciences.
