Política social e indicadores sociales en Colombia: Una evaluación

In its first section this article shows that social policy and economical policy are not two terms but a single one, because any economical policy have social implications and vice versa. To do this, two postulates are established: the first one, basic economical categories have ethical implications; and the second one, economical policy is social policy. In its second section, this article presents an analysis of social indicators as well as the features a good social indicator must possess, that is, to express a concept, to have local bolism, and to be simple.
