Abstract

This research develops a model and a software to evaluate technological
investments in the telecommunication companies. Offers a new change to
the traditional methods to evaluate projects, because introduce an integral
model to the quantitative evaluation of important qualitative critters, as
quality, know how, diversification, innovation and replacements. Include
finance analysis to offer a cash flows and risk simulation.
Present numerically the importance level of each one of the critters mentioned
before in the sector, results of an applied instrument and interview
to the directives of the most important companies, beside offers systems to
calculate the evaluation of these critters in each investment alternative.
