Organizational culture transformation: the case for rica rondo and its integration with a colombian business group
Abstract
This article aims to delve the reader in the study of a widespread phenomenonamong researchers in Human Resources, allowing engagementwith the concept of organizational culture as a field that causes an impacton business productivity. Its main purpose is to identify the characteristicsof transformation in organizational culture of a Valle del Cauca, Colombiafood company, following its integration with a business group. Itis analyzed from the 13 dimensions of culture of Rodriguez and Zapata(2008), which allow approaching the study from both the qualitativeand the descriptive dimension. Finally, it seeks to establish the componentsof culture that are transformed, those who stay and those whodefinitely disappear due to the integration of one company with another.Downloads
