Teleworking with work life quality and productivity. An approach to a model in an energy sector company

This article presents the results of a research that led to setting up ateleworking model for a company that develops engineering projects. Thismodel considers elements that are important to both the quality of life ofworkers and the productivity of the company. Similarly, the document outlinesthe scope and limitations in the application of teleworking as an organizationalpractice.
