Abstract

This article aims to present the main results obtained in a study whose overall objective was to: identify and describe the best practices for managing innovation carried out within companies in the metropolitan area and are recognized by REI Ranking Chile 2010 and other institutions such as innovative organizations. Additionally, we were interested in describing and comparing, using the methodology of studies, the different practices used by companies participating in this research and compile, from the study, a stock of practices for managing innovation, serve as references or guides to be replicated and implemented in companies of different sizes and items.
