Factors of the labor performance of the administrative personnel in experimental national universities
Abstract
This study was oriented to examine the factors of the work performance of the administrative personnel in experimental national universities.
The research is descriptive, field-based, with a non-experimental design;
the population was 137 administrative employees, and a multiple choice
questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. Its validation was
obtained through the appreciation of 10 experts in the area, and reliability using Cronbach’s method. The results are a pleasant atmosphere and
good interpersonal relations that allow working in harmony and cordiality,
estimating it within the excellent and good category. It was concluded that
these factors of the labor performance represent the ranks, conducts and
behaviors that assume the administrative workers in their performance in
the work and that allows to foment the effectiveness in the performance of
the functions.
