La asociación entre el Apoyo Organizacional con el Clima organizacional y la Sintomatología Depresiva

El objetivo del estudio fue verificar sí el clima organizacional y la sintomatología depresiva predicen el apoyo organizacional, así como realizar análisis complementares considerando variables sociodemográficas. Participaron 510 individuos que ejercían una actividad profesional a por lo menos seis meses, y que respondieron la Escala de Apoyo Laboral (ESUL), la Escala de Evaluación de Clima Organizacional (CLIMOR) y la Escala Baptista de Depresión-Versión Adulto (EBADEP-A). Los resultados mostraron que los modelos de regresión que mejor explicaron el apoyo organizacional fueron compuestos por dimensiones del clima organizacional, y que la sintomatología depresiva no ejerció ninguna influencia. En los análisis complementares fue observado que la variable relacionada al tamaño de la empresa mostró una puntuación media mayor relacionada al apoyo organizacional en empresas de gran porte, al compararlas con empresas de pequeño y medio porte.
