Condiciones laborales y transformaciones en significados del trabajo en inmigrantes profesionales colombianos en Rancagua, Chile

Se estudió la relación entre las condiciones laborales y las transformaciones en los significados del trabajo (ST) en colombianos profesionales migrantes en Rancagua(Chile). Se usó diseño narrativo biográfico, con relatos de vida, con entrevistas semiestructuradas a siete participantes. Se encontró que los ST se configuran según las condiciones laborales en cada contexto laboral sea del país de origen o destino. Los ST se modificaron al pasar de concebirse desde la subsistencia, a la autorrealización y valoraciones intrínsecas. Lo hallado se asocia con la fuga de cerebros para el país de origen.
