La muestra fue de 273 profesores de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, Chile. Se aplicaron tres escalas previamente validadas en el medio nacional y se realizaron modelos de regresión lineal y ecuaciones estructurales para probar las diferentes hipótesis. Los principales resultados evidencian que existe un efecto mediador del engagement sobre la relación entre la felicidad subjetiva percibida y el CFT/CTF, evidenciando en los análisis de regresión que el entusiasmo presenta un rol predictor en las distintas causas del conflicto.
