Communication in families that accompany to patiens in a Psychiatry Clinic (Medellín-Colombia)

This article propose interpret the family communicaton of patients bind together to group intervention in a Psychiatry Clinic of Medellín (Colombia). The methodology approach was qualitative and had a development since the attribute of the dimension of Family Communication. This style of investigation was hermeneutics, that according to Galeano (2004) offer priority to the relates of the participatings for capture the interpretations about of the family reality. The results suggest that the communication in the familiy accompaniment to patients have three dimensions: “Communicational paradox”, “Anothers alternatives of communicatives” and “Narratives times about mental illness”. Conclusion is that the symptoms of the patient involve to family like system and are collective building.
