Soft skills in the post-pandemic work environment
Abstract
This article analyzed soft skills in the post-pandemic work environment of Colombian companies, in order to indicate the way in which it can strengthen work dynamics and processes. Methodologically, it follows the guidelines of the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental transactional design, using a questionnaire aimed at 74 employees from three participating companies, who with their answers allowed us to obtain and process the data using descriptive statistics techniques to interpret them, taking as resulted in the need to strengthen soft skills through training and training to achieve goals by considering teamwork, assertive communication and emotional intelligence as soft skills to highlight for more efficient work.
