Abstract

This article analyzed the use of e-learning to strengthen soft skills in the postpandemic work environment of Colombian companies, to specify the way in which it can strengthen the dynamics and labor processes, both face-to-face and teleworking. Methodologically, it follows the guidelines of the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental transactional design, using a questionnaire aimed at 74 employees of the three participating companies, who, with their answers, enabled obtaining and processing the data using descriptive statistics techniques to interpret them, resulting in the need to strengthen soft skills through e-learning that allows for companies to train their employees to achieve goals by considering teamwork, assertive communication, and emotional intelligence as soft competencies to emphasize for more efficient work.
