For analysis of the variables, the statistical program R studio was used, a Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA) was used, a normality test with Shapiro-Wilk was carried out to know which test to use to assess correlation between the variables contacts and days. Results. 634 confirmed cases were identified, 38.8% of the cases were asymptomatic, the most frequent symptoms found were fever, cough and anosmia. Kidney disease and obesity were the variables associated with intensive care unit management. Conclusion.
