Lawyer’s professional liability and administrators of justicie in colombian law

Abstract

Based on axioms and ethical principles underliying the legal practice,

it built’s the specific structure that mediates into the legal relationship

between the professional and his client. Briefly analizes the contours of

lawyers and justice administrator’s liability: Reparatory and punitory,

supported on laws, doctrine and precedents of justice. In the perspective
of torts, we will make use of criteria that identify damages as the doctrine
of ‘lost of chance’, the discretion of the judgement into a judgement and
the misconduct of the justice administration.
