New Technologies in Labour relations: advancement or regression?

Abstract

This study seeks to carry out a reflection on the impacts of the new technologies on the systems of the labor relationships and the evolution that he/she can take the labor classification in next years, contributing those via of escape to those that the Right of the Work should arrive in a future, leaving from the impact of the technologies in the labor relationships, especially Internet and the one chants electronic; the existent relationship between the workers and the workers’ representatives with the new technologies; the conflicts that emanate of the use of the technology in the labor relationships and the great necessity of a specific legal regulation of the topic.
