Abstract

There are analyzed the most important elements of the treatymaking procedure in the light of the Cuban legislation, looking for its correspondence with the principles established in the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties, with special reference to the represent of the State. There are systematized the characteristics of the organs of the Cuban State that, according to the internal Law, have the faculty to represent it to take part forthwith of the expression of consent. To this purpose, the article is constructed in some Clauses in which examines each of the typologies of public organs.
