The legal protection of vulnerable people

Abstract

This article is the result of a research which its main objective was the identification of vulnerable groups. Beginning from its more adequate conceptualization, we propose ourselves realize a theoretical

approximation to the juridical mechanism pertinent to its efficacious protection. The critical valorative method serves us to identify the state of the problem; subsequently, the heuristically method was valuable tool to conduct the taxonomic exercise that lead us to identify the vulnerable groups an propose some jurisdictional procedures directed to the efficacious defence of his rights.

The conclusions we arrive explicate the urgency we have in Mexico and LatinAmerica to make viable the protection of vulnerable people
