Abstract

With the present writing it is tried to notice the necessity
to surpass the constitutional concept of Constitution as
normative unit in its integralidad) complementarily to
assume the study of its constitutional statements, condition
for the understanding of the value of the Constitution
in the model of constitutional State, with the object of
determining among them those that are legal norms
and those that are enunciated moral, to do only of those
parameters of constitutionality
