The conciliation hearing at the Arbitration process

Abstract

In the special legal dispositions applicable inside the
arbitration trials in Colombia, some have the necessity of
being implemented within the respective course of action
of a settlement. The nature of such action, in the arbitration
trial, is discussed among the different writers (doctrinants),
just as well as the provenance of a series of acts that in
virtue of the general dispositions also applicable could be
executed. Through this essay, which pretendends to precise
the nature of the settlement established through the law
as a step inside the arbitration process, the opportunity to
under go the hearing, as well the types of procedural acts
that could be promoted by the distinctive sides undergoing
the settlement once it has been called upon and after it
has been done.
